Well, we are bracing for another major hurricane in what I\'ve heard is being called the \"ghost coast.\" \r\n\r\nIt is raining (pouring is a more accurate description) & winds are already picking up - even though the actual storm is still so far away. Looking out the window from my apartment it is hard to see very far because of the rain. \r\n\r\nEven though we aren\'t facing the direct hit that Texas will have this time, it is still a storm to take very seriously.\r\n\r\nI went to the grocery store around 11 a.m. today & the checkout lines were stringing around the front part of the store with stress & tempers raging. We got gas last night & didn\'t really see the \"lines\" that the local news were reporting in other areas of the city. \r\n\r\nI\'ll post as anything of note happens here.
