My name is Trevor I was in hurricane rita I am a Sophmore at Vidor High School. Three days before the storm I started to worry like all the other people on the Texas gulf that the hurricane was going to come and it did we left the thursday before the storm and went to Oklahoma up above Tulsa we left my truck here at Vidor by my house and after the hurricane went through we came home and my truck had a window busted out literally it sucked the window out instead of in. Our house was moved and the porch on our house was in the front yard upside down might near by the road and all the trees in our yard were down and in our pasture too were down and the very 1st day we got home we started to pick up .It took us all of 2 months to clean it up working every day on my house my paw paws house which was across the street and without power for about half the time it was hard but we got it done.
