Filmmaker Helen Hill took this photograph of a moldy wall in Rene Broussard\'s bedroom on March 2, 2006--the first time the Broussard family entered their flooded home. For many years Rene has been the director of Zeigeist Multi-Disciplinary Arts Center, which screens many independent films. Rene\'s extensive collection of films and memorabilia was completely destroyed after the levees broke. The Broussard family home was located at 1342 Mandolin St. in the Lakeview neighborhood of New Orleans.
