I was one of many Paramedics who came from all over the U.S. when many in N.O. where in very grave danger, we tried and saved many lives but some where not so lucky and for that I am sorry.\r\n\r\n I was base in Baton Rouge and was sent into what remind me of a combat zone. I will never forget the sites and the smells of the city.\r\n\r\nI spent 5 weeks done there and even rode out Rita b4 I got to come home. I am sorry we could not save more but heart and soul goes out to all of you folks in the Big Easy.\r\n\r\n
