Collection

This is a photo tour my father and I made of Metairie and New Orleans, taken 10/24/2005. Having lived in these areas for many years, it was my first opportunity to revisit areas where I used to live to see what\'s still there and what is now gone. Having not seen previous images of these particular neighborhoods, I concentrated on the places that mean something to me. This is the 1300 block of Melody Dr. in Metairie. Merairie is filled with scenes of blue roofs, tree damage and piles of trash.
