Brian Mills, Norfolk Virginia resident and New Orleans native, felt an overwhelming desire to be in his hometown for the Superbowl. After witnessing the destruction caused by Hurricane Katrina he wanted to be in New Orleans to experience the euphoria a Saints victory would and did bring to the city.
