Now living in an apartment with communal laundry facilities my parents were still able to use their damaged home to do their laundry. This was the least damaged area of the home. Here you can see among the cement floors and exposed beams of the ceiling two folding chairs and some trivial décor on the walls. I believe it was an attempt to make the home look somewhat normal.
