Mid-Septermber, 2005. A helicopter crashed on the banks of Bayou St. John, outside the American Can Company. I will never forget my friends voice as she cried and screamed in fear when they were lifting her up in the helicopter, rescuing she and her family from the rooftop of the Can Co. When we came into the city (see story) this was one of the first images we drove up to. The rest...well most of you know!
