I were going to not leave for the Hurricane because my dad has to stay for all the storms because he is a fireman. So he told us to stay and there would be nothing to worry about. That was the night before the mandatory evacuation. The next morning he called us and told us that we must go. That was the last time I talked to my dad for two weeks because of how bad cell phone reception was in the city. The only time he could call me was when he was riding back across the Crecent City Connection.
