St. Tammany Association for Retarded Citizens, Inc. (STARC), is a non profit which provides services and supports to individuals with mental retardation and/or developmental disabilities. It was severely impacted by Hurricane Katrina ($1.5 million dollars in damage and losses). \r\nSTARC\\\'s art program lost everything, however, two of its adult clients produced Katrina Christmas cards which were \\\"best sellers\\\" and really uplifted the spirits of the people affected by the hurricane. \r\n\r\nI submitted the other picture and now am submitting the second one.
