My Katrina experience was probably like everyone else\'s. Though I may not have lost anything other than my grandmother\'s old house, I did learn that it is easier to love my family from a distance and that travelling with a bunch of animals and campers is like being in a travelling circus. \r\n We packed up our things and went with my mom\'s side of the family to a campground in what I think was Alexandria. My mom\'s side of the family is rather large. We had 4 campers to house over 15 people plus over 10 animals. This was the worst experience ever. It was like being in a travelling circus. My mother\'s side of the family is loud, obnoxious, overly-emotional, and just all around crazy. There were babies crying, dogs and cats running around everywhere. And I wanted to scream.\r\n Being around all of that chaos was honestly too much to handle. I felt like I was going to go insane from the extended period of time with them. There was absolutely no way to get away. Don\'t get me wrong. I love my family, well some of my family, but I pray that I never have to spend that much time with them ever again. I was certainyl glad to be back at home and to have my own room where I could get away from everyone.\r\n
