Online Image Contribution, Hurricane Digital Memory Bank
I took this picture outside a damaged Holiday Inn in Port Arthur, Texas on October 16th, 2005, over 3 weeks after Hurricane Rita hit here. Dealing with the aftermath on a daily basis, this sign actually brought a little hope. Every day you saw it, it was still true.
