Arizona National Guard attempting to evacuate the folks at Head of Island after Rita. It started to flood immediately after Rita, but most of us have houses that are 5 to 6 feet off the ground and we are used to flooding. Noone evacuated while these poor folks from Arizona thought we were nuts. I don\'t think they had ever seen this much water in their life.
