Between a cluster of broken and drowned trees, sits a fairly expensive looking boat. A fallen telephone wire lays in front of it and other various wreckage is scattered everywhere. There\'s no water in sight, but it is apparent that there once was, as it would be necessary for the boat to arrive in the first place. The focus of this photograph is clearly the boat and it\'s assumed \'landing.\r\n This image reminds me of the flood we had while living in Lake Oswego, Oregon. While nowhere near as severe, I certainly did see quite a bit of wreckage as soon as the lake was drained. The truly powerful message of this piece is that the water had to be high enough that it would lift the boat over the branches of these 2 story trees and then slowly drop to it\'s final resting place.\r\n
