When hurricane Rita came we evac. We went to the lake because. Everbody was to tired to to drive any further. So we stayed at our lake house. I was the longest drive of my life cause the traffic was really really slow. We were at the lake the night the hurricane hit. It was the scarest thing that I have ever exspiereced. After it was over my dad went home the next day to check on his buisness he stayed there for a while then we went back home and stayed there to the elcetricity came back on.
