I took this photo after the Saints Parade on Tuesday, February 8th, 2010. I found it intriguing that the Saenger Theater, which has been closed since Katrina, put up this message of hope and victory for the city. Five years after the storm, five years of silence from the theater, and this message pops up on the billboard with rumors of a re-opening of a renovated Saenger Theater. Also, after seeing Sean Peyton with the Lombardi Trophy held high in the air-with tears in my eyes of course- I realized that my city was finally making a comeback!
