The people who have come back, the so called \"survivors\" or \"refugees\"; the people who rebuilt need to be remembered. It took a great amount of courage to decide that living below sea level is worth the risk of losing everything again. I came back for my family and because there is no place like New Orleans. I have no regrets about decision to come home and rebuild. I want the history books to tell of the heroic people who decided that this great city was worth rebuilding.
