ONE that would give you info about whats going one. While watching the show we see hurricane katrina was in fl and how it had made a turn towards us. this was two days before it hit. it was my moms birthday so we celebrated by watching the news. my cousin called me up asking if i wanted to go see the saints game against the Ravens in the superdome. being that baltimore is my home team i said yes. so i was in the dome for the last time before katrina destroyed it. on that saturday evening my family decided to evacuate and we headed to orlando where my dads borther and his family lived. we stayed there when it happened. it was devestating to see my home being destoryed by this ugly monster storm but no one didn\'t expect the unthinkable for the levees to break. and it did from then on we could not come back to new orleans i had packed just the clothes to sleep in becuase that was what i always did for a evacauation. my family and i decided to go up to baltimore where we had more family. we styaed with my god mother and i went to school up there. i missed everyone back home. and thought i would never come back but my uncle had went back down to see what had happened and thank god our homes were ok minor damaged happened. a month later we came back which wasn\'t gonna be the case untill they offered my dad a better job and also for my mom. but coming back to school not all of my friends returned which was a tradegdy.
