Online Story Contribution, Hurricane Digital Memory Bank
When hurricane Rita was going to hit Vidor we evacuated to Arkansas where a some relatives of mine had a chicken farm. We stayed there for about 3 weeks and came back. When we got back to Vidor we saw trees and power lines everywhere and we had to live with no power for about a week and a half.
