When I think about Hurricane Katrina, I will forever think about the kindness of other people in times of need. We were in Houston, Texas and when we realized we would be gone alot longer than just 3 or 4 days, my mother found someone who owned an apartment complex who was willing to give us free rent, electricity, and whatever else we needed for however long we needed. It\'s when you think you have absolutley nothing, when the kindness of others shows through. I will forever be grateful to the people that helped us and made our month long stay in Houston better than we could have imagined.
